anny-x grants you a right of return of 14 days. Please check the goods immediately after receipt.

In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service at info@annyx.de before returning the goods, as we will provide you with a return label when returning unordered or defective goods.

Return costs:

Please understand that the costs of the return, as described in the revocation instruction, must be borne by you. Therefore, please do not send unfree returns!

For a fast processing of the return we ask you to keep to the following procedure:

1. please frank the consignment sufficiently

2. send the goods back to us completely, with all accessories and in the original packaging.

3. enclose the completed return note (return of goods.pdf) with the return.

After receipt of your goods return the costs, as described in the revocation instruction, are refunded to you.

For the refund we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

After receipt of the goods, we currently need about 7 working days to process the returns. After your return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from us.

Exchange of products

Unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange of your orders at the moment. If you would like to receive another product or the same product in a different size, please place a new order for the desired product.
